Looking for a fun intimate venue for your function?

In our lovely heritage listed building in the middle of the Rocks markets we have a beautiful room that may be perfect for your intimate function or party. Please read the information below, and email us for dates and availability. Please note, we only do 1 tea party a day, so book early to avoid disapointment.

     

Room Hire is $75 additional cost. You can book a table without room hire, but it means you will not have exclusivity of the room. There is 12 people minimum for exclusive hires.

The Tea Party Banquet Menu-
We have 3 options available. 

Option 1 - Devonshire Tea. $9.50 per head. 
2 Plain scones each with double thickened cream and raspberry jam. With 1st drink of choice inclusive. 

Option 2 - Tasting Basket - $11.50 per head. 
A selection of all our scones of the day (we usually do 4), and an assortment of all our delicious jams (We have 8). With 1st drink of choice inclusive. 

Option 3 - Not quite High Tea - $17.50 per head. 
Plain scones with jam and cream, fresh strawberries with cream served in tea cups, and a selection of quaint gourmet sandwiches. All served on 3 tier stands. With 1st drink of choice inclusive. 




 What Days are available for Tea Parties??
We can do tea parties on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend parties can only be held in our upstairs room. But Friday functions can be had in our lovely courtyard.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's my birthday, can i bring a cake? is there cakeage?
There is no cakeage and we will be happy to store your cake for you downstairs. 

Can i decorate the room?
Absolutely!! We only do one party per day so you are welcome to come in and decorate the room. We have staff on premises from about 8am.

My second cousin Mildred is gluten intolerant, do you offer anything for her?
The tea room is all about naughty food that is delicious and decadent, so unfortunately we do not have anything gluten free. You are welcome to bring something in for this person, but they will still be charged the full rate.
