Thank you for getting back to me so soon regarding the rings availability, demonstrating once again why we decided to give you our business for my ring compared to other companies. I work as a Customer Service Manager so getting good service has always been important to me. I know how to treat my customers and in turn I expect the same when dealing with companies, but it seems like over the past ten years or so the larger successful companies have forgotten that their customers are the reason there doing so well. Which is why over the years I've paid more for an item or in your case ordered from outside the United States if I feel like a company in truly trying to earn my business so keep up the good work.
