We received Peter's ring and it is just gorgeous.
I decided to look for potential wedding rings and found many rings to
choose from but it was the "Mo Anam Cara" ring that made my decision
very easy. It has real meaning for us as we have been together for
21 years and we feel that we are truly soul mates so the rings were
just perfect. Fortunately we were coming to Sydney for the weekend
and visited your store to see the rings in person. They were just as
beautiful as the photo's online. After a little browse in the shop we
decided to have brunch which is a great idea, incorporating a tea
room into the shop. The whole experience was just lovely. We would
like to sincerely thank you and all the staff at the Irish Design

Thank you for getting back to me so soon regarding the rings availability, demonstrating once again why we decided to give you our business for my ring compared to other companies. I work as a Customer Service Manager so getting good service has always been important to me. I know how to treat my customers and in turn I expect the same when dealing with companies, but it seems like over the past ten years or so the larger successful companies have forgotten that their customers are the reason there doing so well.
