The unity candle ceremony is usually performed after the exchanging of vows. The bride and groom each take a small candle, they then combine the flames of their individual candles to light the central candle. The small candles represnet the bride and groom as individuals, while the large candle represents their solid, strong new life together.

This candle set comes with 2 taper candles with the bride and grooms name on each and a ribbon around the base. One large centre candle with a design on the front, the date of your wedding on the bottom and a celtic verse on the back.

These personalised candles have the following options available -

• Design on centre candle. We have 12 different designs to chose from, including the Claddagh (shown), celtic cross, family coat of arms and more.
   
• Fonts. We have 20 different fonts to choose from, including celtic fonts and more traditonal ones.
   
• Verses on back. 9 different verses available.
   
• Ribbon colours. 9 different colours available. Each colour has a different meaning. Family tartan ribbons also available.
   
• Centre candle size.  Two sizes available, 22.5cm x 6cm or  22.5 x 7cm.
   

Please note the candle base is not included in this price. We have candle stands available in our unity candle section.
